The aroma is of apples (Fuji) and I can feel the faintest hint of Muscat. And just a hint of yogurt. My first impressions were of Fuji apple, honey apple, and Muscat. But never too sweet, never too tired. Just the right amount of acidity. I need rice. I can feel the lactic acid drink in the back. Easy to drink. Good, good, good, good.

The smell of muskmelon. There's also a hint of maple syrup in the background. My first impression was of a muskmelon. Sweet Muscat. As the temperature rises, the acidity appears. And the bittersweetness of the grapefruit at the end. Just a little bit, the perfect balance. Well balanced. Good, good, good, good.

It's a pretty yellowish color. The aroma is elegant white peaches, Japanese pears, rice, honey in the distance. Sweetness of white peaches and Japanese pears, no tanginess, quite mild, with a decent amount of rice. Easy to drink. Good, good, good, good.

Pale yellow. Pineapple, a hint of lemon. It tastes like a ripe pineapple, quite sweet, and But that's not to say it doesn't have a Japanese feel to it. I can feel the shaved ice syrup. (I don't mean to sound cheesy by any means.) It's like a sweet white wine. It's good, it's good.

The aroma is muscat and peach. There's also a slight honey-sugar aroma. Very lightly carbonated. The juice of white peaches and muscat grapes. It's delicious. It cuts quickly. There is not much of an alcoholic or bitter taste to it. It's not persistent. My hand goes out again. As the temperature rises. You can also see cotton candy. Good, good, good, good.

Calpis, yogurt, and still Calpis. The alcohol content is 6%, and it's an unrefined sake. It's quite sweet. For those who are used to drinking sake on a regular basis, the Too light? I like it. Hardly any alcohol.... But it's a fine sake. It's a great sake. I want people who don't like sake to drink it. It's good, it's good.

Muscat, melon, a little honey, a little lychee, and Refreshingly carbonated, you can feel the Japanese pears when you drink it. (Personally, I didn't find it bitter.) It has a lingering effect, but it is not sticky. It's more of a sweet white wine than a Japanese sake. This is the drink you want to open when you have an important guest over. It's very easy to drink. It's good, good, good.

It's sake, in a good way, but it's not Japanese sake. Should I think of it as a slightly carbonated, aperitif? Fruitiness, muscat, peaches. Sweet, but not sticky. I would like people who are not good at sake to drink it. It's good. It's good. It's good. It's amazing.
