The aroma is of apples (Fuji) and
I can feel the faintest hint of Muscat.
And just a hint of yogurt.
My first impressions were of Fuji apple, honey apple, and
Muscat.
But never too sweet, never too tired.
Just the right amount of acidity.
I need rice. I can feel the lactic acid drink in the back.
Easy to drink.
Good, good, good, good.
