It has a mildly sweet taste in the mouth. It's smooth and sweet on the palate with a hint of sourness that lingers on the tongue after you've swallowed it. As expected of a freshly-squeezed, 20-degree pure sake! It's good.
It was served at room temperature. The mouthfeel is mellow. But it's light and dry and firm.
When I cooled it for three days and drank it with cold sake, the corners were removed and it became even mellower. The acidity in the aftertaste increased and it became very tasty.
