I bought Ryujin for the first time in a while after hearing from the owner of the store I always go to that it is shipped once a year.
The taste is juicy and fruity with a sweet aroma like melon.
The use of wine yeast gives it a smooth, distinctive acidity and sweetness that gives it a white wine flavor.
It has a wonderful sharpness, which makes it suitable for a variety of dishes.
This was my first time drinking Jr. The aroma was very gorgeous, as if it were a kudoki-tei. The sweetness is gentle on the palate and spreads quickly. The sweetness is not too strong.
The label is nice and summery.
Sake Mirai [13th bottle
I visited the store the next day and miraculously got the last bottle.
It's my first time to Collage's Sake Mirai (12th bottle), so I'm looking forward to it.
Melon-like aroma, slight bitterness with a beautiful acidity, and a slightly dry finish (11th bottle).
I felt it was similar to Houken Sake Mirai from Hiroshima.
Last week I received a call from my favorite liquor store that they had received a shipment of Sake Mirai and I went to pick it up today.
I am looking forward to my first Sake Mirai (10th bottle) in a year.
