This sake is made only from a precious sake rice called "Aizan" which is grown only in Hyogo Prefecture. I thought it would be feminine because it is called "peach", but However, it has a strong aroma and flavor of rice. However, it is easy to drink because of the swooshing feeling, which is amazing. I like it. Deliciousness 9/10

Delicious and deep! I couldn't smell the rose yeast🌹😭. I could tell that it was an elaborate sake because I could feel it in my nose. I'd say it's about a +5 sake level. Deliciousness 9/10

I fell in love with it at first sight when I had it at a sushi restaurant in my neighborhood. I found it on the internet for about 2,700 yen for 720ml. I like dry sake, but this may be my favorite sake now. Nice aroma I'll decide to drink only one glass a day. Deliciousness 10/10

It was a gift and I am grateful for it. The aroma that goes through the nose is very good. It's an absolutely delicious drink. But it was too sweet for me, who has a slightly spicy taste. Deliciousness 7/10 (I like it spicy, so I'm giving it a -2.)
