Ise Jingu Morishita Sake Shop to try out Refreshing aroma like a Shine Muscat. Amazing 😀 Soft mouthfeel No piquancy. I get the impression that the sweetness is restrained and the taste is crisp and dry Not like Oumachi in any way. Calm and mild flavor There is a light bitterness at the end. The aftertaste is rather short. Delicate taste. This is special because Tamitsu Omachi has a sweet image 😉. I drank it with Bean Curd with Bean Paste. Surprisingly, it was not too different 😋.

I bought a bottle with a label in Ise Okage Yokocho😄. Mild aroma, mild taste Sweetness to umami, gentle sweetness and umami. Slightly strong alcohol taste in the aftertaste After drinking one or two glasses, I'm going to leave it in the fridge for a while to enjoy the change in taste 😌. After about 1 week It has become somewhat mellower and less alcoholic. I guess it's a normal tasty moderate sake 😅. The price of 2,800 yen is not cheap though 😥. Ebi senbei is very tasty 🤤. By the way, I'm kinda curious about the price too. I looked it up on the net. 1.8L ¥3,300 720ml ¥2,800 Why is a bottle so cheap 😆. Tonight's beer is Monkish! May 4 addition: If you keep it in the fridge for more than a week, it tastes much better! Mellow, rich and mellow taste. But is it worth the 2800 yen? I'm sure it's a matter of taste 😉.

The second drink of my visit to Ise was a Zaku from Suzuka I have had Zaku many times, but this was the first time I drank it in Mie Prefecture😃. New Sake Junmai Daiginjo NOUVEAU BY2022 NOUVEAU is a very stylish name! How do you read it 😆? Does it mean "new"? I'm so excited 😆😆. It's sweet and fruity too! A little sweeter than Tamitsu Omachi Full of freshness that only new sake can have Light and clear impression We ordered oysters, clams and abalone! Oh my goodness 🤤! Too good😳😳😳 Especially the oysters! Perfectly grilled to perfection! The smell of freshly grilled and fluffy is irresistible ❗️ I can't stop eating every bite 😋😋😋😋. The clams are pretty good too! Big and full of juice, the more you chew, the more the flavor and sweetness spreads in your mouth! I drank it all down 😁. The seafood of Ise and Shima lives up to its name👍! The best 🎶! 🎶

After seeing the cherry blossoms on the bank of Miyagawa🌸🌸 Return to the station and take a bus to Ise Jingu Shrine. The bus interior is very retro and nostalgic😍. It's very lively here! The streets are swarming with people ❗️ Is there always a lot of people here❗️ Wonderful! As soon as I arrived at Okage Yokocho, I saw Morishita Sake Shop at the intersection and couldn't help but enter 💦💦. Just a few drinks 😋😋😋. with a set of three kinds of sake to compare. First glass is Tamitsu, my favorite ogara-mi ❗️ Mie's famous sake, hidden in plain sight I often hear people say this at Sake no Wa 😁😁😁😁. Quite a gorgeous sweet aroma Silky texture on the tongue 😚😚. Refreshing without being sweet I can feel the rich umami that is only possible with ogara-mi. Tamitsu is really delicious ✨.

No, I came to visit Ise while drinking saku... No, I came to visit Ise while drinking Saku. Ise Saku is only available at Morishita Sake Shop. It was very refreshing and I liked it a lot! I also recommend you to drink Jikan here.
