I bought this sake on a trip to Toyama. It was served at a sushi restaurant in Himi. I had been drinking it since noon, and it was refreshing, no, but a little sweet, but I could drink as much as I wanted. I guess it's the kind of sake that everyone can enjoy. I bought one bottle, but it ran out quickly. I should have bought two bottles. I didn't have time to go to the Iwase sake brewery this time, but I was able to buy it at a liquor store in front of Inarimachi station, the next station to Toyama! I drank a lot in Toyama. I drank a lot in Toyama and bought a lot.

Sake and prosciutto go well together. ☺️ Lukewarm sake is also delicious! When cooled, it tastes like chocolate and cocoa. I read in the introduction of the liquor store that it has a "chocolate and cocoa flavor". I couldn't taste the chocolate, Not too sweet, not too spicy, and mild flavor.

This is one of the products I bought when I went to Aomori for mountain climbing. I bought it for New Year's, but I tasted it on New Year's Eve. ！！！！！ This is ！！！！ The best of the year may have been the last of the year. It's very light, but the flavor that comes after is delicious. I'm glad I like sake. I thought about it at the end of the year😂.

I thought it was an interesting name, so I bought "N" at a liquor store in Aomori. Oh, it's surprisingly light. The sweetness comes later. When I asked for a recommendation at the izakaya, they said it was rice wine after all, and that many people order "N" because of its interesting name, but it's just plain delicious! I asked my husband what he thought and he said "Hmm? He said 😅. I'm so happy!

I've always wanted to drink Denshu. I was impressed by it when I drank it in a pub in Tokyo before, and I looked for it after that, but I couldn't find it. This time, I went to Tohoku for mountain climbing, so I bought it at a liquor store! I only bought two bottles, which was my biggest regret on this trip. It's been a long time coming, but it's a beautiful sake that's worth the trip to Tohoku to buy. It was so refreshing and fruity that it was gone in an instant. For 1300 yen, I should have bought more 😭. I'm looking forward to visiting Aomori again.

Delicious water. No peculiarities and suitable for everyone. It's really too good! I bought it at a liquor store near Morioka station when I was on a climbing expedition to Morioka. It seems to be a major item at pubs in Morioka, and people usually order it.

It's clean! However, the sweetness and the deliciousness come slowly afterwards. This is one of the souvenirs I bought when I went climbing in Tohoku. They said it was the most popular beef tongue in Sendai. After that, I bought it at a liquor store in Sendai station from 9 in the morning. I bought a lot, so I'm looking forward to it for a while!
