I had a good thing, so I left this in the refrigerated room, which has become a dedicated temperature for cooling sake, just in case something good happened. I don't know how to register when the sake crocodile didn't have a brewery name... lol. But it was delicious so I'll leave it in my history. It is a Hiroshima sake. It has a nice aroma and I was allowed to drink it freshly opened in a wine glass. It was a bit strong and the sake flavor was strong. It is recommended to drink it cold.
