Not to mention delicious! The variety of rice and the way it is made gives it so much individuality! This sake makes you realize once again how much individuality can be found in the rice variety and the way it is made. The aroma is great! For me, it smells like mushrooms (porcini, earthy aroma when you put it in your mouth), pineapple, and sweet aroma of rice. It has a sweet aroma of rice. When you drink it, the rich aroma and flavor fills your mouth. It is very tasty with a hint of acidity. It is also nice that they have small bottles in their lineup.

I love high-esteemed, gorgeous sake, but but sake like this, where you can feel the rice, is also very good.

Polishing ratio 50%. Alcohol 16%. Sake degree +1 Slightly nutty aroma...smells like roasted pine nuts (or maybe it's just my imagination). Slightly carbonated, with a moderate sweetness and a sharp Dry impression. If it were a liqueur, it would be like gin... Suddenly, I thought this would go well with the aroma of sansho (Japanese pepper). After putting a small amount of sansho in my mouth and feeling the aroma I poured the Yuki no Bijin into my mouth... perfect match. I thought it was suitable for a mealtime drink.

Purchased at Maruishi Brewery, famous for Ni-Rabbit. It has a light yellowish color and a nice aroma of rice. This alone heightened my anticipation before drinking it! It has a subtle sweetness, a delicious flavor that clings to the tongue, and a moderate acidity and bitterness. A mellow aroma that passes through the nose. As the label says, it reminds one of rice and the earth. It is such a sake. I felt the aroma and sweetness were better at a slightly higher temperature than when chilled. I haven't tried it warmed, but I think it would also be good heated. Fruity raw sake is good, but but this kind of sake with a lot of umami is also 🙆♂️.

Big explosion when opening the bottle. Strong carbonation, pineapple aroma and a slight yogurt-like aroma. The aroma also helps the sweetness on the tip of the tongue, but there is also a bitter taste but there is also a bitterness at the back of the tongue and the umami of rice. The body is firm and solid. It is very drinkable, but thanks to the carbonation, it is light. I didn't feel the alcohol as much as I would have liked. I found myself drinking it at a fast pace. The lingering aftertaste is long and keeps the mouth happy for a while, probably thanks to the orikagami. If I didn't take care of myself, I think I could finish it in one night.
