きょうかい酵母69号Polishing ratio 50%. Alcohol 16%. Sake degree +1 Slightly nutty aroma...smells like roasted pine nuts (or maybe it's just my imagination). Slightly carbonated, with a moderate sweetness and a sharp Dry impression. If it were a liqueur, it would be like gin... Suddenly, I thought this would go well with the aroma of sansho (Japanese pepper). After putting a small amount of sansho in my mouth and feeling the aroma I poured the Yuki no Bijin into my mouth... perfect match. I thought it was suitable for a mealtime drink.
