Today's Ganki no Ichi. "Ganki" is said to derive from the stepped pier at the Nishiki River landing place. It is an easy-drinking sake with a strong rice flavor. It has a mild aroma, full-bodied but clean and crisp. Today we are enjoying it with Italian salad, vinegared octopus, and horse sashimi imported from Kyushu.
