Compliments! Taste ⚮̈ Attack, impression on the palate: ★★★★☆ Slightly strong! It's the acidity that gobbles it up! ⚮̈Complexity★★★★☆Somewhat complex The acidity and flavor are well balanced. ⚮̈Sweetness★★★★☆Sweet It has a sake content of -11, but the acidity is 3.8, so it's not too sweet. ⚮̈Specific taste. I love you Tian Jing! The 💓 image is elegant✨. I wanted to warm up the sake, but I had it cold first. Soft sweetness, sourness momentarily, astringency lingers for a while. The astringency lingers for a while, and the alcohol disappears before the flavor. There is no sense of maturity. Light nigori. I love nigori, so I'm happy💓. The temperature has already risen at hand, but record. ⚮̈ Viscosity is omitted. ⚮̈ Fragrance. Strength★★★★☆ I can't think of what it smells like to smell. Something gorgeous, ripe and sweet? I thought it was, but it didn't feel right, and when I transferred it to a tasting glass, it smelled like grapefruit, almost like lemon. Is it complex? ⚮̈ Taste. Attack★★★★☆ ⚮̈Complexity★★☆☆☆ ⚮̈Sweetness★★★★☆ but cold, piquant and astringent, not sweet. After the sweetness, the sourness is barely perceptible, the astringency/bitterness and the picky fizz appear, the astringency/bitterness stays for a while. After the sweetness, an alcohol feeling appears. No sense of ageing. ⚮̈Hidden aroma ★★☆☆☆ When I checked it, it was cold, so I gave it a 3 for now. ⚮̈ Lingering ★★★★☆ I'm not sure what to make of it. I'll be back tomorrow with a cold fix! When cold, gratin, with potatoes. When cold, it goes well with gratin and potato salad. Not so good with salads. The avocado in the salad was good though. When it's chilled, the astringency and piquancy disappear, and it turns into a rich, sweet pear juice. Chill it while you eat, and chill it when you're full🙆️.
