Light nigori. I love nigori, so I'm happy💓.
The temperature has already risen at hand, but record.
⚮̈ Viscosity is omitted.
⚮̈ Fragrance.
Strength★★★★☆
I can't think of what it smells like to smell. Something gorgeous, ripe and sweet? I thought it was, but it didn't feel right, and when I transferred it to a tasting glass, it smelled like grapefruit, almost like lemon. Is it complex?
⚮̈ Taste.
Attack★★★★☆
⚮̈Complexity★★☆☆☆
⚮̈Sweetness★★★★☆ but cold, piquant and astringent, not sweet.
After the sweetness, the sourness is barely perceptible, the astringency/bitterness and the picky fizz appear, the astringency/bitterness stays for a while. After the sweetness, an alcohol feeling appears. No sense of ageing.
⚮̈Hidden aroma ★★☆☆☆
When I checked it, it was cold, so I gave it a 3 for now.
⚮̈ Lingering ★★★★☆
I'm not sure what to make of it.
I'll be back tomorrow with a cold fix!
When cold, gratin, with potatoes. When cold, it goes well with gratin and potato salad.
Not so good with salads. The avocado in the salad was good though.
When it's chilled, the astringency and piquancy disappear, and it turns into a rich, sweet pear juice.
Chill it while you eat, and chill it when you're full🙆️.
