I love you Tian Jing! The 💓 image is elegant✨. I wanted to warm up the sake, but I had it cold first. Slightly yellow, almost transparent. ⚮̈ Viscosity ★★☆☆☆ Slightly low ⚮̈ Strength of aroma ★☆☆☆☆ Slightly low ⚮̈Complexity ★☆☆☆☆ low. It has a slight scent. If I had to say, I'd say it's very slightly muscat. Taste. ⚮̈Complexity ★★☆☆☆ Slightly low ⚮̈Sweetness ★☆☆☆☆ Slightly spicy. Lightly textured. Soft sweetness, sourness momentarily, astringency lingers for a while. The astringency lingers for a while, and the alcohol disappears before the flavor. There is no sense of maturity. It's a bit strong. It's very fruity. I'm not sure if the aftertaste is moderate or not. Warmed ⇒. I'm not sure what to make of it. I'll let it sleep 😭...! Warmed up⇒ This is my favorite now ☺️The acidity is just right 💓 Cold sake => Ahh! I don't like it 😂 the upstairs aroma gets weaker and my first impression is that the astringency gets stronger. The astringency continues in the aftertaste. I don't think I'll chill it anymore. I'm not sure if it's the right temperature range 💦but I think I'll let it age slowly in my liquor cabinet from now on. What we ate together𓈒𓏸𓐍chine shabu and handmade konnyaku sashimi
