We've been waiting for you! Nabeshima's Aisan ministry. I had a hard time deciding on a bottle, but I bought it in a four-pack. When you take a sip, the sweetness comes through, with a hint of sourness and bitterness...it's still delicious ❣️ I think this drink is my favorite right now 😋

A Daiginjo brand sake. As soon as I put it in my mouth, I felt the acidity and it disappeared completely. I was expecting a stronger flavor, but it was refreshingly crisp. It was a little unsatisfying.

一番好きなお米『愛山』旨みがしっかりあるのにアフターはスッキリ。美味い！旨過ぎる‼︎ 何杯でもクイクイ飲めちゃう。やはり一升瓶で買えば良かったと後悔しても始まらない。
