Perhaps because I quite liked Miharukoma, which I drank just before, I felt that Yukikomachi was habitual. However, I liked the fact that it was dry and refreshing.
This is our family's favorite super-harsh junmai sake.
It has a dry, refreshing taste that disappears quickly without leaving a lingering taste in the throat, making it a delicious sake that you can't stop drinking.
Easy to drink, yet full-bodied and delicious sake.
Recommended for those who like dry and crisp, but want a deep taste that lingers in the throat (maybe).
Easy to drink and (probably) goes well with any food. If you are worried about which sake to order, this is the one to order!
The aftertaste is a little strong, but it is not unpleasant at all, and you can enjoy the sake-like flavor.
The taste itself is gentle.
Aged wine the same as my birth year, given to me by a relative as a gift for employment.
It was my first time to drink old wine, but the aroma and depth of flavor, like Shaoxing wine, was still too early for me...
According to my mother, it is like a good Shaoxing wine
It was relatively easy to drink, not too strong in habit
I want to grow up to be an adult who can drink this liquor well
It was a cold sake, or perhaps it was a cold sake, but at first it was clean and refreshing, perfect for the summer heat! After some time, it was mellow, full-bodied and delicious!
