Since this is a comparison of Kaze no Mori drinking, I uploaded the same photo in two consecutive posts. But I couldn't tell the difference in taste between Akitsuho and Dewaifu. They were both meh!
This is my favorite Kaze no Mori. I love the fizz and the flavor. It's a type of rice called dew leaf wind. It seems that "507" stands for "50 (% polishing ratio) 7 (yeast) series.
I had it hot.
I'll have to repeat this one. It had no peculiarities and was just right.
When I was talking about hot sake with the lady sitting next to me, she told me that most sushi restaurants use Kikumasamune for hot sake!
The accompaniment was a spring roll with milt, which I had never had before. They said they couldn't keep the albacore because of the water it would release, so they rolled it up and fried it on the spot. The texture of the thick milt and the crispy spring rolls was wonderful.
It is the first experience of the instrument Masamune. It's not fizzy but tingly and pleasant. The sweetness is just right, very tasty!
Will be a repeat! They say they add the brewed sake at the end to make it fizzy! I can forgive the brewed sake in this one. It's delicious. It might not come off the middle.
Kouei Kiku is peculiar. Because it is snow, it is cloudy and white. It is sweet.
Tembi is unquestionable. Delicious.
