I had it hot. I'll have to repeat this one. It had no peculiarities and was just right. When I was talking about hot sake with the lady sitting next to me, she told me that most sushi restaurants use Kikumasamune for hot sake! The accompaniment was a spring roll with milt, which I had never had before. They said they couldn't keep the albacore because of the water it would release, so they rolled it up and fried it on the spot. The texture of the thick milt and the crispy spring rolls was wonderful.
