A cup of hot sake. The aroma is weak. When you put it in your mouth, you perceive a mild umami taste and a dry taste. Then, there is a slight sourness. At the end, a mellow aroma comes out weakly. There is no harshness at all. It is good!

One cup of Daishichi, heated. The only scent is a light smell of aluzoe. In the mouth, it is umami and quite mellow. At the end, when it finishes, the mellow aroma comes through clearly, even if only slightly. It is a good sake.

Procured 300ml of Kamihaku in Niigata. At room temperature...a weak but fresh aroma, sweetness to fullness that disappears lightly and easily. At room temperature...weak but fresh aroma. The sweetness comes out much stronger than at room temperature. And a weak mellow flavor. Cheap but elegant.

Sip it hot. It's mildly dry on the palate, and then a mellow, not overly assertive flavor and aroma comes through the nose. It's not a unique sake, but it's a good dry junmai sake with a full body.

A warmed glass. The aroma of the rice is full, and the taste is thin, but the bitterness of the alcohol spreads. In the second half, it became boring. Another glass at room temperature... The aroma is refreshing. First a sweet and then a dainty taste. A slight mellowness is perceived at the end.

A cup of hot sake. It is described on the box as an introductory version of Taketsuru. I think it's pretty high level for a mellow sake for use in food. It's full of flavor, richness, and weight, but it's also thin in a good way that never kills the flavor of the food.

A glass at room temperature. It is mellow, but the lightness prevails. It has a great overall balance and would be great with a variety of foods, but if you were to drink it by itself, I personally think it would be a bit weak in character.

Tokumasamune, Junmai Nama Nama. A glass of cold sake. What an easy to drink sake with no peculiarities. It has a light, fluffy yet thick sweetness. If I say it has no personality, that's all I'm saying, but on the contrary, it's fresh and balanced enough to go with any kind of snack.
