It has a gentle taste, which is rare in Niigata, where dry and light sake is the norm.
I have tasted sake from many different places, but this is the best Niigata sake I have ever tasted.

Kaze no Mori ALPHA1DRY
Purchased at a great liquor store that somehow stocks the Kaze no Mori ALPHA series, even though it is not in Tokyo, but in a city in the northern Kanto region.
As the label says, it is not too sweet, but has a sourness that doesn't leave much of an aftertaste. Easy to drink.
It is easy to drink.
