The first cup was sweet.
The second cup was less sweet and more refreshing, with a hint of sourness.
I would like to see this series become a standard item, not a limited edition.
It is too refreshing. If you drink it as it is, like water, there is no impression as if it were water. You can feel the deliciousness when you drink it in your mouth.
I had previously been curious about this sake at a local sake tasting. When I opened the cork, as expected, it blew over. It tasted sweet with berries and had a nice sour aftertaste. A lovely sake.
When you put it in your mouth, it has a fruity taste and aroma. It has a sweet taste with little acidity. It is a sake to be enjoyed with a large group of people.
The previous Meikyojo-jimizu I drank was fruity. I drank it again to see if it would be the same this time. When I put it in my mouth, my tongue felt a sharp taste. It tasted like water in the throat without any habits. It is a beautiful tasting sake, but I don't think I would repeat it.
If you are expecting a fruity Haneya, you will be betrayed. It has an acidity and a gutsy taste. This is a test brew, and you will be surprised to see what kind of Haneya there is.
I liked this sake when I drank it on a trip to Nara. It is a delicious sake that flows smoothly through the mouth and down the throat. It is fruity, but I think it goes well as a food sake.
