#Tamitsu #Junmai Ginjo-shu #Mie #NewYear'sEve #New Year's Day I couldn't wait until New Year's Day to drink a little bit of this sake, but I almost finished it... It has a smooth taste without being sweet and has a slight acidity. A very good sake indeed. The pleasant drunkenness is a perfect match for the darker dishes of the festive season. It was a sake that made me feel really happy to be born Japanese.

I've heard that a good wine should be drunk with a glass of wine, but it's more than that. It's a drink you'll guzzle in gulps: ‼︎ It's insanely delicious‼︎ and I don't feel any sign of hangover at all, though it may be an individual difference‼︎ It was a drink that goes well with meat, fish and vegetables anyway!

The water of Ojin Shrine. I drank it when I visited the shrine and my body was purified....sake made with such water. Heaven‼︎ It tastes soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo good😋.
