I couldn't wait until New Year's Day to drink a little bit of this sake, but I almost finished it... It has a smooth taste without being sweet and has a slight acidity. A very good sake indeed. The pleasant drunkenness is a perfect match for the darker dishes of the festive season. It was a sake that made me feel really happy to be born Japanese.
