This is a straight-drawing sake made with Aomori yeast and Aomori sake rice "Habuki Snow". The first Southern Dukes-Sato project in Towada City, the Ichiban won the most gold medals at the Dukes National New Sake Competition in Aomori Prefecture, and the project was launched with Dukes' own name on it.
