As a sake novice...I learned a lot about sake from this one. As soon as I put it in my mouth...I was filled with a sense of heaviness as if gravity had tripled in my mouth...and then it disappeared with a moderate tingling sensation...I could feel that this is what dry sake is all about. This is what dry taste is all about...I could feel it. I would like to drink it again in the future when I want to remember the dry taste.

Haze" is said to mean "the beautiful coloring of clouds at sunrise and sunset. At first, a clear sweetness covers the mouth...just like a haze...then a gentle spiciness and umami appear and pass down the throat...it was an interesting sake. It was an interesting sake. At first, there is a good fruity sweetness...and then a good spiciness...and then it goes down your throat leaving a full-bodied aftertaste.... And with the spiciness, it goes down your throat leaving a full-bodied aftertaste.... Delicious. And strangely enough, as you drink more and more of it... it tastes different and becomes easier to drink. I must be drunk...just comfortable. This is a bottle I want to drink again.

The taste was as gentle as water. It starts with a slight sweetness... then a slight spiciness disappears leaving behind a refreshing coolness. This is a perfect sake for those who want to start drinking sake. However...some may feel it is too refreshing and not enough.... I was one of them. I really appreciate the writing on how to drink it.

Perhaps this is sweet. The fruity, gentle sweetness comes first, followed by a gentle spiciness that crackles like sparklers until you swallow... but... even after swallowing, a faint sweetness continues to linger in the aftertaste. It was the perfect sake for me who wants to keep drinking slowly. I quite like it. Also...I like the fact that the Toichi part of the label is slightly protruding, it's kind of strange.

Is it that the sharpness... this taste and flavor is crisp and fades? Is it gone? If so... then I would say it is sharp.... But...more flavor and umami? Full-bodied? I wanted to feel more flavor and umami? But if you can drink it for about 500 yen, I guess it is possible.
