It seemed to have a good balance of sweetness, umami, and sharpness (spiciness). The umami was especially strong. Very drinkable...one of my favorites.

The taste was as gentle as water. It starts with a slight sweetness... then a slight spiciness disappears leaving behind a refreshing coolness. This is a perfect sake for those who want to start drinking sake. However...some may feel it is too refreshing and not enough.... I was one of them. I really appreciate the writing on how to drink it.

Is it that the sharpness... this taste and flavor is crisp and fades? Is it gone? If so... then I would say it is sharp.... But...more flavor and umami? Full-bodied? I wanted to feel more flavor and umami? But if you can drink it for about 500 yen, I guess it is possible.

This is my choice for dinner tonight.
It is refreshing and sweet. It was chilled to a crisp, so it feels cool and refreshing.
The broccoli with the accompaniment is usually mayo, but today I didn't season it.
It was a good combination. It's also good for your health 😁.

Tonight's drink was "Matsunosui Junmai Daiginjo" from Kyoto.
We had it with radish and chicken.
It is a bit peculiar.
It is a little bit alcoholic at the moment you put it in your mouth. It is not so bad once you get used to it...
