There are Yongo bottles available at this time of the year, but I opted for the Omachi Ichimasu bottle! Elegant sweetness, this and that. I was on standby at home for three days, but I was not afraid of the heavy rain or the wind... I want to be a person like that🌠.

Last month, I visited the Miura Sake Brewery. I asked for the brewery's limited edition sake. I was surprised by the luxurious label made of soft cloth 😲 The design was simple and full of expectation. I opened the bottle, poured it into a glass, and checked the aroma. The aroma is subtle and gentle. It is fruity, clean and dry, with just the right amount of acidity and a hint of sweetness. It is a truly elegant sake. We took our time to savor it.

Silver crest on the back. It is said to be made by the assemblage method. This is a rare sake, but based on information that it is commonly available locally, I went out to my hometown to get it! I can't get enough of this kind of thing. I first encountered a delicious hot sake at a drinking party, which turned out to be Ginmon. I was told that there are two types of Ginmon, white and black, and that the white one is only available in my hometown. I thought about heating it up, but it was too hot and I opened the bottle at room temperature! It's been a while since I've had a bottle of sake at room temperature, since I've been drinking only cold sake lately. Ryoseki's sake is so good! This sake has a story for me. ☺️

I brought it on a long-overdue trip to a hot spring and opened the bottle at the after-party. It has a robust flavor, perhaps because we have been drinking a lot of sweeter brands lately. This is the kind of sake that will teach you what sake is all about.

Yesterday's closing drink! I compared the taste with "Misato Nishiki" from Hanayuup in my house. The two share the same moderate sweetness, but I felt that the Misato Nishiki has a greater sweetness. Mild, umami, well balanced. It is a pleasure 😚.

The blue sky, white clouds, and airplane clouds again make for an impressive summery label. It is said to be one degree higher in alcohol content than last year, making it thicker and darker. It has a lot of flavor and is very good.

My number one, just opened 😊. Unexpectedly, we had to compare it with the last glass of "Hanayuup", but it was a good match with each having its own distinct characteristics, something I have never experienced before. Everyone is different and everyone is good. ☺️ is a quote by my favorite author, Misuzu Kaneko.

Hoshiakari" rice developed by Tohoku Electric Power Co. This product is intrigued by the gap between the disproportionate company name and the label design that gives a sense of eternity. Akita has a high level of quality! It was refreshing and delicious 🙂.

We received "Marujyu" which is only sold at Goto Sake Shop. We were impressed by this rare sake. As expected from the Saiya Sake Brewery, the sake was meticulously brewed and was truly delicious. We will definitely drink it again at home.

I opened a bottle of Kikusen that I had bought in May. It is fruity and umami, with just the right amount of sweetness. It is a bit more fruity than Tazake, but I enjoy it when Tazake is out of stock. It is also good for the wallet 😙③.
