不屈不撓Last month, I visited the Miura Sake Brewery. I asked for the brewery's limited edition sake. I was surprised by the luxurious label made of soft cloth 😲 The design was simple and full of expectation.
I opened the bottle, poured it into a glass, and checked the aroma. The aroma is subtle and gentle.
It is fruity, clean and dry, with just the right amount of acidity and a hint of sweetness. It is a truly elegant sake. We took our time to savor it.
