Silver crest on the back. It is said to be made by the assemblage method. This is a rare sake, but based on information that it is commonly available locally, I went out to my hometown to get it! I can't get enough of this kind of thing.
I first encountered a delicious hot sake at a drinking party, which turned out to be Ginmon. I was told that there are two types of Ginmon, white and black, and that the white one is only available in my hometown.
I thought about heating it up, but it was too hot and I opened the bottle at room temperature!
It's been a while since I've had a bottle of sake at room temperature, since I've been drinking only cold sake lately.
Ryoseki's sake is so good!
