The flavor of the barrels is strongly transferred to this sake, giving it a Western taste.
Since the original specification of this sake is also a pure rice sake, it has a tremendous flavor spread.
Yet, the taste is mild and not harsh.
It is a masterpiece!

It is famous for its dry and refreshing taste, but this Junmai Ginjo is second to none.
The robust rice flavor is irresistible.
