All Yamagata ingredients give it a unique flavor. It has a very attractive taste that is unmatched by any other sake! The rice is "Dewa Sanzan", the yeast is "Olise Yamagata", and the yeast is "Yamagata Yeast", which gives it the title of all-Yamagata DEWA33! Very good taste!

Sweet and sour like fruit juice! Active and shrieky, like champagne! Be careful when you open it, because bubbles come out like demons! It's hard to handle like a jagged horse, but it's very tasty with a fresh flavor that is not unlike sake!

Kinmonnishiki pure rice sake aged for 4 years in red wine barrels. The flavor of the barrels is strongly transferred to this sake, giving it a Western taste. Since the original specification of this sake is also a pure rice sake, it has a tremendous flavor spread. Yet, the taste is mild and not harsh. It is a masterpiece!

A famous sake from Aomori It is famous for its dry and refreshing taste, but this Junmai Ginjo is second to none. The robust rice flavor is irresistible. I prefer this one.
