Kinmonnishiki pure rice sake aged for 4 years in red wine barrels.
The flavor of the barrels is strongly transferred to this sake, giving it a Western taste.
Since the original specification of this sake is also a pure rice sake, it has a tremendous flavor spread.
Yet, the taste is mild and not harsh.
It is a masterpiece!
