Sakuya and Konohana Flower https://www.meimonshu.jp/modules/sakemap3/index.php?page=sakedetail&lid=1998 Plum wine made by combining Daisen Jusui with fully ripened plums from "Satoya" used for Yamagata's famous confectionery "Noshi-Ume". I tasted it and enjoyed it, so I bought it. It is not sour, but sweet and delicious.
