It's a Manasaku no Hana (Manasaku Flower) unpasteurized sake with a sake strength of +15. Before drinking it, I tried to imagine the taste, but I couldn't do it well. I couldn't imagine the rich rice flavor disappearing so quickly.
When I actually drank it, the robust rice flavor of the "super limited" mansaku flowers spread to my mouth, and the aftertaste was gone before I could feel any regret. It was the first time for me to experience the feeling of all the sticky flavor disappearing from my mouth, and it made me realize that it was different from the sake that people call "dry" because of its thin taste. I think it goes well with tempura and oily dishes. It is an outstanding sake with a delicious flavor that can stand up to any dish, and a sharpness that washes away all traces of flavor.
