Masumi, Junmai Ginjyo Nama Nama Sake by weight! Enclosed at a local liquor store. I had an image of Masumi as dry, but the nama-ginjo has a perfect balance of acidity and sweetness. It is fruity and has a delightful gasiness. This is delicious!

At the Hasegawa Sake Shop in Solamachi Raifuku Sake Brewery was selling it in the store, so I bought it. It was the first time I had it, and it is very delicious! Sweet, tart and fresh. And yet, it is very cost-effective! I'll buy it in a bottle next time.

I opened the Two Rabbits Zodiac Bottle 2025 that I got the other week. Can't wait until New Year's. The glass is a gift from my wife, Ni-Rabbit x Riedel Daiginjo glass! The Ni-Rabbit glass is thin at the mouth, The Ni-Rabbit glass has a thin mouthpiece and a fluffy shape that allows it to touch the air, I was able to enjoy Ni-Rabbit with all five senses.

Newly brewed sake. It was purchased at the brewery's direct sales store. Izumihashi is basically fire-aged sake, so you can only buy the raw sake at the direct sales store. It has the mellow aroma and sweetness of Omachi, yet the freshness of nama-zake. It is truly delicious. As a local, I wish it would be appreciated more.

When it comes to Gunma's local sake, Machida Sake Brewery is not to be missed. Purchased at a liquor store on a business trip to Takasaki. The moment I put it in my mouth, it was filled with a fruity and fresh aroma like apples. The aroma is fruity, apple-like, and refreshing. The gasiness is light and the acidity is low, but you can drink it all the time, but you can drink it for a long time. The aftertaste is also pleasant. It's really delicious.

Purchased at a nearby 7-Eleven. Seven Premium pine, bamboo, and plum PB Junmai sake with 78% rice polishing ratio Amazing under 800 yen for a 900ml bottle! I had completely underestimated this one. I had it cold, and the first sip was gentle, The taste of the rice is full and rich. The aroma is rich. The aftertaste is thin, but it is perfect as a food sake. Best of all, it is inexpensive! I recommend it.

It is an unfiltered, unfiltered, unblended sake from Igarashi Shuzo, a specified distribution brand of Igarashi Sake Brewery. Purchased at Maruya Sake Shop in Hanno City, Saitama Prefecture. It has a mellow flavor with a gassy feel that is unique to nama sake. It has the same base as Tenranzan, but it is a completely different sake. It is a rare sake that you have to go to Hanno City to buy, It is truly delicious.

Purchased Risshun morning pressing of Igarashi Shuzo's main brand "Tenranzan" at Maruya Sake Shop in Hanno City. It is said to be for good health and good luck. It has a fruity flavor and good acidity that can only be achieved with undiluted sake. It is also very refreshing. It is quite my favorite sake. We also purchased another limited distribution brand, "Igarashi. In fact, this is what I was looking for.
