Drinking at the hotel on a business trip to Hamamatsu. I bought a bottle of Shizuoka sake "Kaiun" at a Seven-Eleven. I had Fujinomiya yakisoba noodles for my entrée. This is the first time I have had Kaiun, and it is delicious. It has a banana-like fresh taste. I will buy a bottle as a souvenir on my way home!

Opened a bottle of "Setoichi no Otomonashi" from my hometown, Kanagawa Prefecture. It has a mellow texture and a delicious taste. It was served cold, but it would also go well warmed.

Omachi 48%, first opened. The slight carbonation of the unpasteurized sake was pleasant, and the balance between the mellow flavor of Omachi and the acidity was excellent. It was a delicious sake.
