I bought this sake from Chiba prefecture because it's light nigori!
I was so careless that it wouldn't be a big deal since it's a light nigori 😅 I twisted the aluminum seal and the whole stopper popped 😅 bubbles bubbles bubbles like it has detergent in it hahaha 😅.
The taste is fresh like Kirin lemon with alcohol added, with a nutty taste coming out later.
I think I've never tasted a light cloudy beer with this much bubbles ❓

Next to Kangiku, Narumi is my second favorite Chiba sake, and their nigori sake is also my favorite. ☺️ When you pour the supernatant into a glass, it has a slight effervescence, and the citrus aroma of lemon and greef is very refreshing. When you take a sip, the lively acidity and citrus bitterness gives you the sensation of drinking a mature dry sparkling wine rather than sake 🥂😲.

It is made from Chiba Prefecture's Fusakogane rice with a 77% milling ratio and No. 7 yeast. It has a grapefruit-like isoamyl acetate aroma, and this year it was made a little sweeter for early drinking. On top of that, you can enjoy the sharpness of its characteristic acidity and the slight carbonation that is typical of direct bottling. It has more sweetness and acidity than usual, and has a three-dimensional, clear taste.
