あちゃモロール
Narimasa Junmai Sake
My son from Toyama came back to Japan.
He brought back Narimasa Junmai Sake and trout sushi from Yonekyu as a gift.
It has a little bit of a habit.
But it is good.
The rice has a strong flavor,
It has a thick, robust taste.
It's not gorgeous, but it's not too much,
It is neither too forward nor too backward.
It has a quiet, poised feel to it,
It is just like a military commander, Narimasa.
It is a perfect match for the fat of Yonekyu's thick trout sushi, and works well as a food sake.
My second son returns home, so it's just the four of us, my wife and two sons, for a night of drinking. Priceless 🍶.
