Three-day, two-night trip to Ise-Shima and Hokuriku
Last day
From the last stop, Johata Station, it takes about 15 minutes to turn around.
At Belle Montagne et Mer (a.k.a. Belle Montagne et Mer), a restaurant train on the same JR Jobata line as the outbound train, you will enjoy a set of three different types of Toyama's local sake to compare and make love to.
(1) Sasa Narimasa Kuro (Junmai) Narimasa Shuzo
Named after the tragic warlord Sasa Narimasa.
This one is more on the acidic side of the flavor spectrum.
It has a clear and refreshing taste with a hint of sweetness.
I think I like this one a lot.
Good evening, Haruei Chichi😄.
It's a nice trip with a lot of drinking!
For a history buff, I was most interested in the Sasa Narimasa 😊This looks like it tastes good too👍.
Hello, Tsutsumitate 😃.
Hi, thanks to you, I've enjoyed it to the fullest: ✌️
I see you like history too, Tsukitate-san.
Sake x Gourmet x History x Spectacular view = Chichi travel concept, so I'm glad to find someone who agrees with me: ☺️
5/10
I asked for a comparison of Tonami and Nanto sake at a restaurant in Toyama Prefecture, and out came Sasa Narimasa.
It was my first time to drink it.
It is a locally produced and locally consumed sake made from Nanto's Yuyamanishiki.
It is light and dry with a slight mellowness.
I would like to drink it with a flat sake cup.
