Zanshin Tokubetsu Junmai Omachi 60 Fukuro-hozuri Unfiltered Nama-shu
Unokawa Sake Shop in Nara is the only distributor outside of Fukuoka Prefecture, so we went to Gojo City💦.
It took me about 3 hours to get there because I had to wait about 40 minutes on the way because of the limited number of trains😅.
The train didn't come for an hour on the way back 🤣.
This liquor store is open only on Saturdays and Sundays. On weekdays, they have a sake and whiskey restaurant in Shinsaibashi.
And he's a strong whiskey shop too.
The brands they carry are
Zanshin, Sagata, Sangu, Kaze no Mori, Choryu, Hanaboe, Hyakugakumon, Matsunotomo, Goshin, etc.
They are sold out, but there are many other rare brands on their website.
I heard that they were inundated with inquiries about Zanshin when it appeared on Tantei Night Scoop😳.
The owner is a very interesting man who says things clearly 😁.
It is mainly astringent and bitter, but a little hard, not gassy, but bubbly and a little fresh. The taste is complex and unique. Not very Oumachi like 🤔.
A little bitter and nutty.
I passed by Gojo Sake Brewery in Gokami, but it was closed because of the Bon Festival😅.
When I went to the nearby Aeon, there were a lot of Gokami's I had never seen before 😊.
