Adult School Trip #8 #12 Extravaganza
After successfully completing the pilgrimage, we had a spare day left.
The Sightseeing😊.
Speaking of Tokushima, you can't miss the Awaodori dance: ⁉️
After riding the Bizan ropeway 🚡, we visited the Awaodori Kaikan and saw the Awaodori dance on stage.
Awaodori Kaikan, and then we went to the stage to see the real thing.
We were shown the real thing on stage, and at the end, we all danced the Awa Odori dance together.
Awa Odori dance with everyone at the end 😊It's hard to dance with my backside.
In the evening, we went to a local pub near the hotel.
Last supper: bonito salt tataki and grilled Awa chicken!
Sake was Miyoshikiku Junmai, refreshing and delicious .
There were many narrow roads in the mountains and small villages on this pilgrimage, so we had to use both the rental car's navigation system and my wife's cell phone navigation system.
There are so many places to visit in Shikoku 😅.
Now let's go back home at ✈️ 😊.
Good morning Harry 😃Congratulations on getting it done. Did you not see about the earthquake? I may have missed it but I'm glad it didn't affect your journey! The drinks, food and sightseeing made me want to do it too.
Mr. Harry. Good evening.
I enjoyed reading your pilgrimage report.
I felt again the charm of Shikoku.
I think you need money and a strong liver to enjoy the pilgrimage.
Thank you very much, Nochi-san 😊.
I know this is more of a pilgrimage travelogue than a sake 🍶, but I hope it will be of some inspiration to the people of Sake no Wa: ☺️
Thank you, Takku0103 😊It was the longest and hardest school trip I've ever been on, but I think it was thanks to the triple blessings of the reverse strike that I was able to finish it successfully. I feel a little bit calmer than before 😁.
Thank you very much, Maruwa 😊.
Of course it was for training, but the trip also made me feel that the pilgrimage business is an important source of income for Shikoku, the cost of red stamps has gone up a lot, lodging, food, drinks 🍶🍶🍶. I'm going to calculate the expenses now, I'm afraid 😱.
Thank you Manachie😊I will be lingering for a while 😁There were all kinds of people, many cars and group buses 🚌, but also basic walkers, many foreigners and motorcycles 🏍️, it was fun to get to know different parts of Shikoku 😁.
Harry, thank you so much for the wonderful Shikoku trip report and for closing with your hometown 🤩🤩Miyoshikiku and Awaodori chicken🍶🐔 is the best combination! But the pilgrimage business sounds so sad. The virtues you accumulate will definitely come back to you 👍.
Thank you, Asanami 😊.
Anyway, everything was fun,
Of course, I did my duty during the daytime.
I hope I was able to accumulate a few virtues 😁 It was a very satisfying time to meet and enjoy the delicious food from all over Shikoku 🤭.
Yamada-Nishiki and other foreign rice.
Sourness reminiscent of lactic acid beverages.
The richness extends to the back palate.
I knew I had to walk on the wild side...
Purchased at a local liquor store.
I drank it for the first time in about 4 years.
It has a fruity aroma like juice. When you drink it, the sweetness is followed by a strong acidity, which is unique. Although I served it as an accompaniment to grilled mushrooms, it is better to drink it as an aperitif. I would like to drink it chilled in summer instead of tropical cocktails.
Only available at Oboke Roadside Station
A glass of sake with seasonal snacks and a taste of nature's bounty!
It was a nice day for a drive! We stopped by a roadside station and came across this sake. Of course, I will enjoy it when I get home!
Miyoshikiku Reconcile with the Cat, Unfiltered Nama Sake.
We came here to eat duck colander before the cherry blossom viewing, and this one caught our eye as a collaboration between the Miyoshikiku Brewery in Tokushima Prefecture and the Kikumori Brewery in Iwate Prefecture. The impressive name made me skeptical, but when I sipped it, I found it to be a very tasty cup with a melon-like tropical aroma and a sharp, fruity acidity. The acidity is even more pronounced when served with duck soup that is full of flavor!
Shirabu Jungin
It's a bit acidic and astringent from a little yogurt. It's a little bit acidic and astringent from the yogurt. I wonder if it is good for wine lovers. Chilean wine? Astringent and pungent. 82 points

It's been a long time since I filled a map 🗾.
"It's time to fill in the map at home, too.
and Dora-chan brought out
Miyoshikiku in Tokushima Prefecture❣️
I've tasted a few different kinds of sake at sake fairs, but this was my first time drinking it at home 😊🥂.
but this was my first time drinking it at home.
Sweet and delicious aroma.
Slightly yellow in color
In the mouth
As soon as you feel the sweetness, there is a strong acidity.
It is a bit bitter and sour.
And the sourness and bitterness lingers in the aftertaste and finishes nicely.
It is refreshing and crisp in the mouth.
It goes well with fatty food.
It was perfect for the grilled meat we had that day.
On the second day, I drank it cold.
The umami taste is expanding.
The sweet umami and bitter acidity from the sweet and umami taste made it easier to drink than on the first day 😋.
It is easier to drink than the first day 😋.
It looks good heated up... 🍶.
But you know what?
But....
I think it needs a little more sweetness 😜.
Hi Tsubu 🐦.
I'm surprised it hasn't been filled yet😳I'm getting Miyazaki and Okinawa so I'll be able to conquer them in no time😊👍
Miyoshikiku has so many cute labels that tickle my otome's fancy 🤭💕.
Good morning, Ponchan: ☀️
I'm almost done filling in the map 😄I'm tasting at a sake fair 😉.
All the labels of Miyoshikiku are great✨This cat is adorable 😊💕.
The Miyoshikiku Sake Brewery in Tokushima has collaborated with Fujitsu to sell a set of shaken sake brewed with music and a set of unheard sake, which I purchased on Amazon. I opened the bottle from the shaker first.
It has a strong acidity, but not much sweetness. It has a unique flavor that I have not experienced very often. It seems to be a taste for different tastes.
Drinking out.
Kintetsu Nihonbashi "Sake and I".
I'm not a fan of Yamahai, but the wild name and the lady on the label made my decision.
100% Yamadanishiki
When you sip it, you get a gusty sake-like feeling, but it quickly recedes. I thought I could taste alcohol, but then it disappeared, so I felt like I was on the verge of a big bang, but then it stopped.
There is almost no sweetness. Instead, there is a slight caramel-like creamy sweetness in the aftertaste.
This taste is new.
It is not flashy, but it has a clear outline and character. I used to shy away from Yamahai, but this one is good.
I was surprised to know that there is such a form of Yamahai as well 😳.
Sake🍶 is so deep....
