Gutsy taste
Kurotai (sea bream) simmered in soy sauce Oosake komoAt first I thought it was dry, but as I drink it, it seems sweeter. まこつManabito is written in Japanese. I bought it from a liquor store, who recommended it as a good sake to drink hot. It's sweet and gentle on the palate, and it certainly doesn't interfere with the taste of food, so I think I'll enjoy it as a food sake.
It seems to be made from rice grown by a contracted farmer at the foot of Manjin Mountain, where "mansaku no hana" grows naturally.
I like the message on the back of the package, "Enjoy it, everyone, the drinker and the brewer. I'm going to enjoy it. halkitikunNo label because I drank it at the store.
Light, weak bitterness, not strong aroma, fast release.
