Gutsy taste

I bought it from a liquor store, who recommended it as a good sake to drink hot. It's sweet and gentle on the palate, and it certainly doesn't interfere with the taste of food, so I think I'll enjoy it as a food sake.

Light, weak bitterness, not strong aroma, fast release.
Does not interfere with food 🦀🦀🦀I like ★★★★★
Hot sake
Good aroma. I like it lukewarm.
Spicy when hot やすにぃShinjin Junmai (traditional sake brewing)
