Kochi Sake 🍶. I was so surprised at the taste of this sake when I drank it at an izakaya in Kochi, I went to all the liquor stores the next day, but they were all sold out 😭. The other day, I found this one at Yodobashi Camera Umeda! I bought it right away! One sip and it was just like I remembered it from that time 🤤. The fruity flavor and the acidity that comes afterward are a perfect match! Too good 🏇! Rice / Gin-no-Yume or Yamadanishiki (domestic) Rice polishing ratio / 50%.
