I often see Goshin at tasting sales in department stores, but this was the first time I saw it, so I bought it. It has a slightly thickened mouthfeel. The impression is that you can feel the nuts and grains, but the spiciness gives it a sharp edge. Well 🤔 there is no sweetness at all 🤣. When I drink it again, the acidity is impressive and there is a trace of syrupy sweetness? It's sweet, but it's not very smooth or chunky...

It has a different atmosphere than the other two, but it is sweeter than I expected and a bit ripe or ridden. It has a clear and calm taste. It's better to wait a few days after opening the bottle to let the flavors settle. I've seen some reviews saying that the regular Suzukagawa is sweeter, so I'm curious to see what else they have.

It flows smoothly with a bit of pear and bitterness. The aroma is not high, so it would go well with fish dishes. Another mysterious panda appeared in the fall and I bought a packet. Is there a lot of dryness in the regular products of Goyo Sakura? 720 mL ¥ 1,320

Good evening, Mr. Yoohee! I still haven't bought Goyo Sakura, even though it has a cute label that says it's dry 😅.

Good morning, bouken! I buy it because of the cute label, but it doesn't have a strong taste. I think people who like sweet and savory taste may not like it.

Hi Yoohee-san ☀️! I went to the brewery the other day and saw this sake, but I was still afraid of the dry taste (lol) so I went with another one 😅I hope they make a sweet one too because the panda is so cute 🐼

Good evening Mr. Pon, thank you for your comment ✨ I see you went to the brewery in Gifu 🍶. As expected, everyone at Sake-no-Wa is not fooled by labels lol. I look forward to your review of the sake you bought❗️

I was surprised to see an unknown sake brewery in Daimaru. I tasted a variety of sake made from rice called Manzai rice. It was quite different from Nitousato's sake, but it had a nice fresh greenness and sweetness that was not too sweet. The balance of sweetness, umami, and bitterness is excellent! But you know, I have only had it once, but I like Ni-Utsuri better.

A little gassy and slightly effervescent?

Good morning, bouken 😃 I've never had anything but Ni-Rabbit at Maruishi 😅I'm sorry I need to drink more sake from Aichi 😂but if Ni-Rabbit tastes better, I'll buy Ni-Rabbit 🤣.

Good morning, takeshon-san. I saw Tokugawa Ieyasu written on the information board, so I wondered which brewery it was from. I was wondering 🤣They have a brand name "Maruishi" which seems to be the same as Ni-Hare but only for Daimaru Matsuzakaya 😅.

It is more fizzy than I thought. According to the official website, it is unfiltered. It is easy to drink by the strength of the gas feeling though it is a dry taste considerably. The taste of the rice is strong, and it drinks dry.

It's said to have a sake content of +9, but it's not that gory and dry.

It's so murky, it's like it's cobbled together.

It only says that it's related to the origami, but the foam is very strong.

I went to Daimaru Umeda and tasted a Junmai Daiginjo for 11,000 yen! I drank it. It is made with 29% polished rice and Yamadanishiki from Wakayama. It is very fruity and tasty, but I'm not sure if I would buy it at this price... It tastes like Otters 23 or Ultimate Drunkenness. The staff put a little more in the bottle☺. The first orikagami I tasted had a tiny amount lol. I was sorry to leave without buying it, so I bought Junmai Ginjo Origaraumi 😅

Purchased at a department store tasting sale. It was sweet and tasty, but I think I got a little old. It was in the middle of summer...
