A soft sake with a sweetness that is hard to believe today's Tsuki no I.
Sweeter than last year.
The barrel aroma gives it a grapefruit-like complexity that makes it easy to drink.
The citrus aftertaste goes well with shime saba (mackerel).
This time it is a super buy.
It has a strong yellowish color, and I thought I'd lost it, but it is rather smooth. I think it is more of a warmed sake than a chilled one.
I am drinking it every night. I've opened another Kariho, Kaze no Mori Yamada ^_^.
#The World That Matsuko Doesn't Know is doing a pilgrimage to a sacred place for anime, so I drink a sake from Oarai. It has a good taste of rice and is good as a food sake.
Purchased directly from the brewery! First drink the top clear, the rice flavor and bitterness is very strong, shake it and drink it again, the flavor and bitterness is even stronger, I like it very much!
Junmai Ginjo, Kojun. It has a very strong umami flavor, but it is also a little too strong and tart for my liking. If you want to drink it, a single gou is enough.
It is clear with a dark yellowish hue, with aromas of soy sauce, cooked rice, honeysuckle, and Japanese pear. The attack is rather strong, with mild acidity, a mild sweetness, and a rather long finish.
Low-polished sake with a low milling rate 🍶.
A bottle with more than enough amino acid flavor ✨.
This is a bottle of the master brewer, Mr. Ishikawa's best 💕.
It tastes more like a ginjo than an aroma ginjo.
It has 19% alcohol by volume, but you won't feel it ✨😋.
The master brewer, Mr. Ishikawa, gave his best 🍶.
Oarai is filled with "Girls und Panzer" all over the place!
It's nice to have a character loved by the town!
Tsuki no I-san in Oarai has 4 kinds of this Girls und Panzer labels!
Like the Junmai and Honjozo, Tsuki no I has a slightly bitter taste!
However, this peculiarity is what makes Tsuki no I so delicious!
Although this dry sake has some peculiarities, it has a nice aroma that eventually escapes through the nose, and the aftertaste is clean and delicious!
Umami and dry sake
Purchased in advance when I heard it was going to be featured on NHK👍.
Opened the bottle before watching the program.
It looks dark yellow with a hint of brown.
The aroma is just like that of a pure rice sake. No ginjo aroma.
In the mouth, it has a full-bodied flavor with some bitterness and sharpness. The sweetness is on the dry side.
Classic food sake. 😋😋😋😋
Probably matured to some extent before shipping.
It tastes best when slightly heated 😋.
Watch the show, they brew it while singing....
Tatsuya Ishikawa, the toji, is a non-firing injection master.
The more I learned about the story, the more delicious it became 😆.
