⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This sake has a sourness, sweetness, and softness that is not typical of sake, making me think that there are many kinds of sake. I think that will be an issue to be addressed in the future.

⭐️⭐️⭐️ Nama-shu! The aroma is very pleasant. It has a strange mouthfeel that seems to be thick when you put it in your mouth, but it disappears quickly. The light aroma may be fine for those who like it, but I personally don't like the aroma of nama-shu, so it's a bit disappointing.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I like it - it's a sake 🍶 like it's not sake and I was surprised when I first drank it. I was surprised when I drank it for the first time. It has a light and fluffy aroma, so I guess it's good to drink it with strong flavored food. I'm having fish cake today, so I'll drink it with that kind of food next time. That's why I'm going to give it four ⭐️.

⭐️⭐️⭐️ I think it's better to drink it with food because the bitterness, light spiciness, and a little fruit-like acidity, which is typical of sake, disappear without a hitch. I would drink it again, so 3 stars 😀 😀.

⭐️⭐️ This sake is not as deep as I thought it would be. It's too light to be a sake, but it's not a sake at all. I can feel a little bit of light aroma on my tongue, but it disappears quickly. So, I don't think there will be any more.

A bit dry. It leaves a little bit of the sake's texture on the tongue in my mouth, so I guess this is what they call the aftertaste. I'd like to drink it with pickled radish 🍶, I thought.

Overall, it is smooth, but mellow and has the spiciness of sake. It would be good to drink it with sashimi.

I guess you could say it is full-bodied. I don't feel there is much of a lingering aftertaste, but I think it tastes strong 🍶.
