I was expecting a refreshing summer sake, but it seems that they store sake in a snow cellar and ship it under a different name each season, which is not what I was looking for.
If I were to drink it, I'd probably go for the hiyaoroshi (hiyagoshi) autumn treasure.

When I drink it cold... it's kind of thin?
The acidity is mild and it has the feel of an autumn sake, but the bitterness is not as pronounced as it should be.
But the bitterness is kind of noticeable 😅...
When I warmed it up, it was like this!
When it's hot, it smells like alcohol and chemical products.
