Well, well, well... Beaumichel for the first time in a long time!
It is a 500ml bottle, so when the two of us drank it together, we finished the bottle in no time at all.

This sake was recommended by a master of sake.
He always said it was delicious and that I should definitely drink it, so I saw it at a liquor store in Sapporo and got it!
It was just as my master said.
The moment I drank it, all I could say was "It's so good!
It was like a band of deliciousness flowing through the bottle.
On the second day, the band becomes even thicker and the umami spreads.
It is low in alcohol and only contains 500ml, so it will run out quickly...
It might be good to drink as an introduction to sake.

Sour water. That's all. It was like that. If I had to say so, I would say that it has a sourness with a juice feeling, not a sourness that makes you tremble, and it has a mild sourness that is easier to drink than ponzu vinegar. It has less flavor, so it might go well with salty dishes.

The aroma and mouthfeel are both white grape. In the mouth, the acidity spreads for a moment and quickly recedes, leaving a refreshing aftertaste. This is a wonderful sake that I learned that it is possible to produce such a delicate flavor by fire-roasting.
