Yesterday was my mother's birthday! To celebrate, I bought this 😊Cotton Candy😄This one was purchased on a trip to Nagano 2 years ago and it was delicious and is a drink I repeat every year when it comes out! The aroma is apple and muscat! And a hint of citrus. It also has a rice flavor. When you drink it, the sweetness, acidity, and slight carbonation make it easy to drink. The sweetness is not so strong due to the acidity and slight carbonation, and the acidity is a nice accent that reminds one of spring. It is like a wine, but it also has a strong sense of rice and sake! Delicious 😄.

Purchased at Shimosuwa Muraguchi Sake Shop I drank it last year and liked it so much that I had to repeat it! It has a sweet and sour taste like apple🍎 and a refreshing taste like white wine, but the gentle richness of the lactic acid bacteria system makes it very flavorful. ✨️ Last time I drank it, I shared it with my family, but I think I could finish it by myself in an instant...

First toast with the supernatant. The sweetness and strong acidity are like juice. Mixing in some white cress gives it a more effervescent taste and makes it even more delicious. Even though it is sweet, there is a little bit of wine-like taste. 500ml of it disappears in an instant! I heard it's a secondary fermentation in the bottle, so I'd like to observe the process. I wish they would sell it in 4-pack bottles, but I like this slim bottle as well...

Well, well, well, well... I realized I had finished drinking before I could take a picture 🤣. I totally thought I had taken a picture. Well, it's okay if it's empty. Beaumichel is something I like to drink once in a while 😋. It's 500ml and 8% alcohol so it's a shot for two people 😆 We've had several kinds of Beaumichel and they all stuck in our house. 👍 This one was also a blink of an eye 😱. It was like drinking fruit juice. I thought it would be sweeter than it was, but it wasn't sweet at all, it was more gassy and sour 🤣.

My first Beau Michelle! I had wanted to try this drink for a long time, but I couldn't find a store that carried it and couldn't drink it 🥲. My husband found it and bought it for me when he was in Hiroshima 😆. I was thinking that I would like to open a bottle for some special event... but I didn't have a chance to open it and I couldn't resist and opened it 🤣. The light alcohol content of 9 degrees makes it easy to drink 😆 It will be gone in a day 😋. It's kind of not like sake 🍶 but I like it 💕. But I like it 💕
