It took me a bit of time to open the bottle because I thought I had gently twisted the cap, but it blew out quite a bit.
Strong apple-like acidity. The bubbling was on par with sparkling wine. But this is not a wine. It is a sake. The aroma, rice flavor, and sweetness are gentle. I have a cotton candy on standby, so I'm looking forward to it.

This is the second Beau Michelle after a long absence!
As soon as I opened the bottle, it started bubbling like an active wine, so I quickly tightened the bottle 👍 but it spilled out a little lol.
We had a glass of Beau Michelle snow fantasy winter limited light nigori nama sake.
The nose has a lactic sweetness and sourness 😊.
When you put it in your mouth, it fills your mouth with sweet and sourness and a bit of a sizzle. It is as if you are drinking champagne 😊.
