The Gifu sake was out of stock, so we were recommended this sake instead, which tastes like sweet white wine and white apples. The taste of white apples, like a sweet white wine, was a real treat.

Then comes a numbing and sharp bitterness on the tongue❗️Alcohol content is even 9 degrees, and it really tastes like white wine❗️This is sake made from rice, and you can feel the potential of sake❗️❗️ interesting❤️

If sake is added instead of brewing water, it becomes a sweet-tasting kijoshu, but this time BLIS was brewed with Beaumichel.
This time, BLIS is made with Beaumichel. It has a refreshing citrus sweetness.
I would recommend it to cocktail girls who are not good with alcohol.

I was curious to pick up a boxed bottle of this one. The top aroma is apple-like. In the mouth, the sweetness is overtaken by the acidity. It's a white wine, isn't it? I got a Beaumichel that I bought while I was in Ueda City ✨😀😀.
The bottle opened just in time for it to spill 😅When poured into the cup, it is highly carbonated 😊The taste in the mouth is like green apple 🍏, with a good balance of gentle sweetness, refreshing sourness and nigori 😚👍It is a delicious low alcohol 9% summer drink 🥳500ml went down in no time 😭.
