Beau Michelle's light nigori 😍✨ discovered by accident in Osaka. I didn't think I'd be able to drink this this year❗️I bought it right away❗️ I'll be back in a few days! Today I was invited to watch the game from a balcony seat at the Tokyo Dome 😁In the beginning it looked like it was going to be another baseball game, but we turned the tables on our natural enemy and won the game 😭. I would have loved to drink the victory wine outside, but I have to work tomorrow, so I had it at home ✨. I had a delicious Sogapère Ephis before, so I thought Beau Michelle should be good too 🙂 and bought it 🙂! I decided to buy it 😋 It's a noble sake and it says it will be made in 2021. I was not sure what the aroma was at first, but on the third day I got a sense of ripe peach aroma 🤔. On the first day, it has a mild mouthfeel, fruity sweetness like a dense dried grape with a hint of sourness! The aftertaste is also delicious and naturally disappears, but the sweetness remained 😀 The color is amber. Third day When we drank the previous Sesshiko-zan sweet sake, the master described it as "sweet and sweet", and maybe "sweet and sweet" is the right word for this one. I would like to soak in the lingering sweetness after the meal like dessert wine 😆.

At SAKE Tsunagu in Hachinohe. Fruity aroma. Alcohol content is low at 9%. Very sweet and sour! It was written to be slightly sparkling, but the carbonation is quite strong. The sweetness is strong, but the carbonation makes it light.

Schwarzwald and apple-like sweet and sour. Compared to the last time I drank Snow Fantasy, which was in the advanced stage of fermentation, the oli is darker and the flavor is richer, but the schwarziness and sweetness are less pronounced. It is easy to drink with a slight bitterness in the aftertaste. The whiteness poured into the glass is like cotton candy. I thought it would be sweeter.

Sweet and sour. Lactobacillus-like? I have never had sake like this before. I am not sure how to mix the foaming lees. I want to mix it, but if I do it too hard, it might lose its carbonation.

During the day, we went sightseeing at a temple famous for hydrangea in Matsumoto City. We had Beaumichel tonight to heal our bodies after being exposed to the scorching heat. This time it was a summer sake Snow Fantasy in Summer When you pour it into a glass, you can see the fine white bubbles. The lactic sweet and sour taste surrounded by a gentle richness is just so easy to drink and delicious. ✨️ Compared to the Cotton Candy I have had before, the acidity is more pronounced, and the aftertaste is mildly sweet, but it disappears quickly, leaving you wanting to drink the next one!
