やや黄色味がかった無色透明。バナナやリンゴを思わせるフルーティで芳醇な香りと白玉粉を思わせる原料由来の香り。アタックは控えめな甘さ。口中にまとわりつく渋味感は豊かな旨味によるものか。酸味、苦味ともに控えめ。やや長めの余韻。
