Junmai Ginjyo Code-N Nama-zume Nagaru
This is the first time for me to drink it, but it has a pleasantly elegant sweetness and a gorgeous, fresh flavor.
Utsunobu type
It doesn't say, but according to the Japan Famous Sake Association's website, it seems to be a hiyaoroshi-like sake. It is fruity and sweet, but maybe less so than the other Nagurayama sakes I have had. It also has a slight bitterness.
I wrote a lot about it, but when I drank it again, it was just plain delicious😅.
The last one is "Nagurayama" on the far right.
Gentle & gorgeous aroma like tangerine.
Soft and pleasant on the palate with a good balance of sweet, sour and astringent tannins. Combination of lightness and silky! The sake was so delicious that it kept me going ✨.
The sweet sauce of the "Sauce Cutlet Curry" goes well with curry! I'm sure you'll enjoy it too!
The last one to look back on is "Nagurayama" which we drank in the room.
When the bottle is opened, you can smell the aroma of sugarcane.
The overall lightness and drinkability of the sake does not betray the expectations of a cup, and it goes perfectly with the sweetness of the walnuts in the shiso maki!
The sweetness and flavor of the sake, however, is not cloying, and the addition of sugar and brewer's alcohol does not make the sweetness or flavor any more pronounced or dull.
A drink after getting out of the private onsen. It was the best!
I had avoided it because the nama-shu was very sweet, but I tried it again. It was still sweet, but it was easier to drink than the raw sake. But it is still sweet.
