sur lie
It means "on the lees" in French. The top of the lees!
But it was a bit of a lees. It's so difficult.
Next to it was a beer from Yao Honten in Chichibu.
It has been a long time since I have had a nineteen. It is a slightly sparkling wine.
It has a gorgeous mouthfeel, but it is not unpleasant and refreshing, and is very tasty on its own. Because of its gorgeous yet refreshing nature, I have the impression that it can be paired with anything. It goes well with fried octopus, sushi with medium fatty tuna, and sea bream sashimi.
Orikarami sake. The degree of rice polishing is not known, but it is junmai (pure rice). It has a gorgeous aroma, but it is not too sweet at all. It goes well with sea bream sashimi. Very tasty. Very tasty.
