Dreams ~ Behind the Tests ~ â 19 not "nineteen In GW, I visited a special store of Jukyu in Kumamoto for the first time in a long time 🚙. The nearby shrine ⛩️ is famous for its wisteria trellis (photo 1), and the Tamana liquor store is also famous for its ramen noodles (photo 2), so I asked them to stop by while I was there (this was my main focus though 😁). There were 6 types of Jyuukus alone, so I was a bit confused, but I decided to take home two bottles of Jyuukus due to storage space constraints! It is a special junmai with a classical label! The taste is not classical at all! It is not flashy, but the umami spreads gradually on the palate and you can feel a little spiciness at the end. It is delicious 😋😋. I managed to keep it for 3 days, but the second and third days were better than the first day 😁.

My favorite 💖Nagano brand. Sake rice is Hitogokochi. First, let's start with the supernatant. The aroma, sweetness and acidity are light, light and refreshing ✨. Orizzle. The sweetness increases a bit and the impression of acidity is easy to detect. It is also clean and crisp with a bit of complexity. The impression from the label ❄️ was that it was a bit sweeter, but it was clean and crisp, and I had the sensation that the powder snow melted easily on my skin. Each of the nineteen is as unique and delicious 🤭💕 as their labels are delicious 🤭💕.

Sweetness and sourness are at the core of the flavor. Slight bitterness is added to it. It contains plenty of gas, so your mouth will feel refreshed after drinking. As a side dish, I also served roast beef that I had prepared for the wine and had left over. The fat from the Matsusaka beef also drained off smoothly. It has high potential as a food wine.

19🍶Second cute cat 🐈‍⬛ label is also a must 😍. Aroma is slight 🍏green apple🧐. You can really taste the sweetness of the rice😃. The balance of light acidity and slight complexity is ✨delicious😆💕. I find it a little more alu, but I love it 💖. A delicious bottle of desu that is easy to pair with anything.

The cherry blossoms are in full bloom in Kita-Shinano, so I took a short drive 🚘 to a liquor store I had been wanting to visit to see the cherry blossoms. I bought a large bottle of my favorite Jyukyu 🤭. Before I opened the bottle and poured just the top clear, the power of the bubbles 💪🏻 made the cage rise like a 🌋 just before it erupted😵. The aroma was fresh white grape, bubbly and acidic, clean with a mild sweetness lingering✨. It was more refreshing and clean than I expected. I can't wait to try the other brands 😆.

The sake is firmly on the lees with a sticker warning to open the bottle. It was not so much as to spurt out when the bottle was opened, but there was a fizzy feeling. When I paired it with grilled po-pe-o saury, the sake tended to be a little too spicy, but basically it is not too sweet, so it does not interfere with anything you serve it with.
