Quite refreshing 😆😆.
It feels dry with a low sweetness but fruity flavor 😋.
It got sweeter as time went on, but still more dry than dry because of the higher alcohol content.

This brand name was created to coincide with the Kappabashi Tools Festival 2025. Fruity aroma and light aftertaste. The two sides of Kinmon-Nishiki, gorgeousness and freshness, are beautifully expressed. Well-balanced sweetness and mildness. Light style. For a Jyuuyu, it is an orthodox food sake with a mild and well-balanced taste and a less refreshing taste.

The aroma is mildly sweet (apple-like). A moderately ripe, slightly sweet sake. It has a moderate acidity and astringency. It is fresh when heated. It can be served well chilled or slightly warmed. The convergence is acidic and refreshing.
I've seen many different designs for the nineteen, but this is the first time I've seen this "once upon a time" design. I am also interested in the "Where there is" tanuki design 🤔.
Well, this "Mukashi Mukashi" has a sour aroma, and the taste is also very sour and crisp as it is. However, it also has a crisp, refreshing taste with a hint of umami hidden deep within it 🍶.
After the second day, the sourness mellows out a bit as it mixes with the air, and this is what made it so delicious to drink ✨.

This sake was created with the hope of making people feel relaxed with sake during the long autumn nights.
When poured into a glass, it has a clean banana and melon aroma, and in the mouth, it has a calm sweetness, followed by a gradual spread of umami and acidity, and then it finishes with a sharp finish.
I purchased a bottle of Ozawa Shuzojo's "Jyukyu" at the Hasegawa Sake Shop, which I had wanted to try!
I was told that this sake can be enjoyed crisp and refreshing with ice on it during this time of year when autumn sakes are available but the lingering summer heat is still lingering. I had it well chilled!
It was fruity and slightly sour with just the right amount of sweetness. ☺️

I just read the blog of this brewery,
I read on the brewery's blog that they will be reducing production and raising the price due to the rising price of sake rice. It would be sad if such a delicious sake becomes difficult to obtain 🥲I still have some left, so I will savor it and enjoy it carefully!
